All items must be labelled with the Vendor’s code prior to acceptance. Cottees cannot be responsible for non labelled items.

Cottees reserve the right to separate or combine items submitted for sale by a Vendor into such lots as deemed, by Cottees, to be in the best interest of both parties.

Cottees reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any goods, especially those deemed by Cottees to be unsuitable for sale or un-saleable.
